Requirements for Darling Somers
1st floor balcony area 100m2 in total. Mr Darling was concerned with such a large outdoor area over the living areas that an area like this required the upmost attention to detail & AWP were there to provide this. All the water runoff was to the box gutter so we had to make sure that this was 100% right before we waterproofed it. With consultation with Mr Darling & his builders we were able to get the best possible outcome.
Works Carried Out…
Installed two (2) coats of PASCO P/L “Aquaproof 110” including all necessary primers, bond-breakers & sealants required to complete the job on time & on budget.
